Ask HN: What's your health/fitness/wellness routine? I'm getting to an age where life is getting busier. Work, family, etc. I don't have as much time as I used to when living alone without as many commitments. I'm trying to lift weights, build cardio, be mindful, etc. but time feels more limited. My ideal week that I rarely hit is - 2x lifting (~40min) - 2-3x runs (~60min) - 2x V02max (~30min) What's your protocol looking like? |
