I got a very good offer for 112k, plus a 5k signup bonus and 8k for relocation along with 20k stock options. Ive heard its always good to do a counter offer (or is it?). What's a reasonable counter offer and with what reasons could I back it up with since im a new grad with no real ties and no previous work salary to compare to? The job is in SF doing iPhone development with a major company.
