Just curious - what is your motivation for using a survey to gather feedback? Personally I feel most value from these discussions comes from the comments, where people have the opportunity to iteratively improve other people's ideas - something that is not possible if everyone submits their ideas through the survey form.
No motivation as such. I had sent it to a few friends (unfortunately they are not active on HN) and just cross-posted it to HN. My Bad. And you're right that discussions are much better. Will edit and remove the link (Ed: not possible to remove the link now).
