Hundreds of millions of rural farmers will be able to install solar pv charging for cars and small trucks, as even once weekly trips to central markets will be adequate, smaller scooters and motorcycles will get people to school and work, cellular data gives them access to all modern services, making a variety of rural distributed economic models viable.
