Built an MCP server for Eventship (an in-person events platform I run). It lets Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client find events, register attendees, create and publish events, and broadcast to registrants through natural language.

Stack: FastAPI, ~25 tools, progressive discovery to keep context load low. Started read-only, added write tools once I saw what people actually asked for.
