That’s wild. But companies are greedy and will do all they can that doesn’t land them in jail to cut costs.

There are many instances of that flying under the radar. If you visit an “ethnic” grocer likely there is an over representation of one ethnicity even when accounting for economic strata. But also in places like airport services.
