Then we moved almost everything to computers because typing is faster, easier to organize, easier to search, and easier to share.
But mathematics never made that transition completely.
When I need to write a quick equation in a note, an email, a chat message, or while following a lecture, using LaTeX often feels like switching from writing math to writing code. It works well for producing beautiful documents, but not always for spontaneous mathematical thinking.
That got me wondering: what would a keyboard look like if it were designed specifically for writing math?
So I built one.
It's a compact keyboard with mathematical, Greek, and scientific symbols printed directly on the keys. The goal isn't to replace LaTeX or Typst, but to make everyday math writing faster and more natural.
I'm curious what HN thinks.
