For all the marvels Impulse offers, it's still only a 9" 'burner'. This would be the top thing I'd like to see fixed.
I just got a nuwave eletric wok, and am really hoping that it can do much better on my stir fry.
That's hard to produce at home. Even on a gas range it requires more throughput than most homes are designed for. You can really only get it at Chinese restaurants. (Though I've heard that people have success doing it with outdoor propane burners.)

Ignoring both the fire safety issues and how long it'd be 'till that kinda power destroyed your cookware...I don't think you'd want one of these installed in a kitchen that either kids or frailer seniors might frequent.
