Isn't Huawei now reliant (aside from any remaining stockpiles) on CXMT for memory for it's Ascend AI-processor chiplets? Hasn't the US blocked Samsung and SK Hynix sales to Huawei?

It would seem odd for China to potentially allow CXMT to sell to Apple, unless perhaps this would only be for any excess capacity that Chinese buyers don't want to buy.
