Author here. This came out of interviewing 128 senior C++ devs over the last month about what the craft is and what LLMs change about it. I tried to keep as many of their individual takes as possible.

It was the most brain consuming activity i did in years. Given the stronger nature of an average cpp dev, consolidating it together was pretty fun.
