The headline here doesn't match the link in question, and it is at best a misstatement of the current standing. It looks like there has yet to be any election for the employees to actually unionize, so there is no place for said union to be recognized... I'm unclear what recognition the poster actually expects here.

In terms of working to unionize and hold an election, that's a different story and one that isn't really covered in TFA either for or against or holding to specific values or process in place.

Note: I'm not against unionization per-se, but this headline and the implications are definitely misleading here.
