I always read these articles with pure bewilderment because that's most definitely _not_ most engineers' experience. We're doing feature development twice as fast as we used to and we can now take on legacy refactoring efforts that would have been infeasible before.
Because coding speed isn't the bottleneck. The real question here is if AI enables all these no-coderz to create applications, where are those? Aside from a few that got hacked the instant they were put into production, I haven't heard about those.
