The report reveals in shocking detail the horrific acts committed over decades by grooming gangs and the scale of years of systemic neglect by British institutions and authorities. From the police, through the administration of childcare facilities and centers, to top-level politicians who placed political correctness above the safety of their own nation.

Over 250,000 white British girls under the age of 18 were horribly harmed. The victims were raped, often repeatedly, gang-raped, with objects, forced to have sex with animals, tortured, and, during their ordeal, videotaped and blackmailed. The perpetrators passed them around, rented them out, and took them to "party houses." The girls were transported like cargo between counties.

A large number of the victims were "in state care," in childcare facilities and centers, where they were easier targets for the gangs. The girls were lured with trickery, gifts, drugged, drunk, and then exploited.

The perpetrators targeted white British women because they were guided by clan "codes of honor," according to which Muslim girls cannot be defiled and should remain pure until their wedding day.

The perpetrators were almost entirely men of immigrant origin or Muslim immigrants, primarily from Pakistan, but also from Somalia, Iran, Syria, and Turkey.
