The data of almost 19 million Polish citizens has been leaked in an “unprecedented" cybersecurity incident in which online patient records were targeted, the country's digital affairs minister has said. The information was stored on the MyDr platform, which is one of Poland's largest providers of confidential electronic patient records and is used by doctors, clinics and medical practices."
