Every time I catch up on sleep I feel amazing and vow to myself that I’ll never stay up late again. That it’s just not worth it.

I’ve been re-learning this lesson for a good 25 or so years now.

Over 60 years, here. The older you get, the harder the lessons, and the easier to learn from them, LOL.

Most of my friends now help me remember to end phone calls by midnight. HN and Wikipedia are less forgiving, but I'm learning to just leave the tabs open and get back to them the next day.

I've been discussing this with friends. I rue waking up, knowing the day that awaits, so I stay up as long as I can to avoid the time warp.
