None. I don't do subscriptions unless there's some overwhelming reason to, and so far, I haven't found any software that gives me such a reason.

It's easy. If you want to save and quit, all you have to do is type this:

    :wq[enter]

…then notice you typed that text into the document and undo it with this

    [esc][shift+j]
    k[end]dl..

…before finally saving and quitting, with this, again:

    :wq[enter]
