I'm in the market for finding a freelance programmer right now. I'm actually looking for a Flash/ActionScript guy. In the past, I've had success on:

But now I'm having a bit trouble finding a coder. Furthermore, Craigslist recently changed their restrictions to prohibit posting of a Gig ad to multiple regions. So, where do you guys go? Also, why isn't there a Gigs board on HN?
