A while back there was a hn submission that featured a cool framework that was supposed to make tutorials or guides easy directly on top of the actual page or something like that. Unfortunately I cannot remember what the product or site was called and Google doesn't help for such generic searches.

Or any other good tutorial/guide builder for a website would be good.
