I created this proof-of-concept app using MIT's app inventor as well as existing web services and API's to solve the problem of finding local live music around you. This app has one function and does it very simply. Every other app I saw on the market was either convoluted or did not include local artists. For me the most difficult part was finding a problem that needed solving - how do you come up with ideas or find ideas that you can improve upon?
