position: payment solution architect Lead the design and implementation of global payment systems. This person is a key player in developing AliPay international payment system that enables people in China and around world to pay by mobile and web wherever they go and whenever they make a transaction. Tasks include core transaction platform design and implementation, payment gateways and network integration with major financial institutions, security and fraud prevention systems. This person also is expected to be able to lead small engineering team and coach junior developers. He/She must be able to work with teams in other parts of the world. requirement:

	 1. Minimum 5 years hands-on experiences in large scale, high volume transaction systems development. prior experiences with payment systems development is a big plus. 

2. Thorough understanding of design principals and best practices of continuous availability and high performance. 3. Hands-on design, coding and testing in using Java, C++, familiar with common development framework such as Spring, OSGI are required; general concepts of OO, SOA, Cloud and distributed computing are required. 4. Thorough knowledge of data modeling and persistence technologies. Understanding of risk and fraud modeling is a plus. 5. Experience in mobile development and big data system development is a big plus. 6. Some project management skills are desirable. 7. Good knowledge with AliPay current systems and product is a plus. 8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or other related fields. 9. Fluency in both mandarin and English is required; must be able to work comfortably with geographically distributed teams and diverse culture backgrounds.
