I seriously suggest if this is a path you are looking for, instead of paying out money, start looking into different occult traditions. I've not had such an experience (honestly haven't yet tried), but people claim it is possible. And you don't need to pay out 10,000 to do it.

$10k? This is too much. You can train yourself to induce OOB experience (as lucid dreaming) and have experience in first hand. Without paying anything.
