... I (think) I understand what it is you're trying to achieve, but the fix for any sort of collectivism (sexism, racism, homophobia, etc.) isn't more collectivism.
Personally speaking, I'd prefer not to work at a company that specifically advertised for developers of any specific sex, race, or religion.
While I believe it should be your choice as an employer to advertise and hire on whatever grounds you see fit, I see willingness to run a $GROUP-ist hiring campaign as a pointer that at least a significant proportion of the company thinks of people in terms of their $GROUP membership first, and as individuals second. That's a fairly ironic position for a group to hold that is also so clearly committed to mitigating the toxic effects of sexism in STEM - an heroic effort if ever there was one.
Anyhow, just my unsolicited $0.02.
