I live in the UK and often see GBP as a currency option on big sites, along with euros, with the primary currency being USD. Why isn't CAD$ an option too?

I just went onto salesforce.com's Canadian page, and all their prices are in USD.

Is there a reason why it's standard not to offer CAD$ pricing?
