Yes, get everything out of your head, write everything down, schedule things and then work on the tasks. If it's a bigger task, cut it down into easier, manageable sub-task. And maybe turn into a habit, a Mini Habit.

Keep a list of things you need to do, and then do them. When you do them, cross them off the list. :-)

Seriously though, you don't need a fancy time management technique, just queue things up and do the work.
